Autumn at Stourhead

If there is one garden to visit in Great Britain this autumn it’s Stourhead!

We couldn’t of picked a more foggy day to go on and I was apprehensive to getting the full benefit of the colours, I needn’t of worried, the fog made everything mysterious and only pulled you in more into this magical place.

As a seasonal florist and a gardener, I get a great deal of inspiration from visiting places like this throughout the year. I love to see the textures and forms and can spend ages looking at all the lichen on one branch.

Im going to spend this weekend gathering interesting things from the hedgerows to make a seasonal, floral installation in my home.

Have a good weekend.
